We’re wanting an energetic, dedicated kitchen hand/ junior staff for our busy Thai restaurant. Our restaurant is located in the beautiful location of the Black Rock area & the candidate must have to live locally or around the restaurant area. The working hours & days are available in manageable time so it won’t be hard enough for a candidate to adjust a working time.
As a requirement, previous experience of working in a busy kitchen or restaurant (kitchen hand/ junior staff) & also speaking fluent English is a must. Candidates have to work under the supervision of the head chef & have to follow all the kitchen safety & health instructions.
The work/duties that the kitchen hand/ junior staff have to do consist of assisting the chef & other staff (when required), food & kitchen preparation, washing dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, etc. The works are not limited to this only. Candidate has to take their responsibility even in a busy or peak hours.
They have to maintain a professional relationship between team members (especially between the front of the house staff & kitchen staff). A good amount of salary will be provided (the rate will be fixed in the meeting or interview)
