We’re looking for some hardworking, reliable workers(people) for factory-based work. The worksite(factory) is situated in the Mansfield area so to get/travel to the worksite the candidates need to have a full driving license & own reliable means of transport. This is a casual shift position so the candidates have to available at work for 30-40 hours
A week from Monday to Friday. Mostly, the work/job that the candidate has to do consists of some general factory work, packaging of goods items, doing delivery work, etc. Previous experience of working in a related sector is an advantage but not essential because some training on the job will be provided.
Candidates must have the ability to work with a team/individual in any kind of situation. Candidates have to be reliable, dedicated, hardworking, responsible, fast & honest with a good can-do attitude. They have to keep up professional manners, work pride & personal hygiene all the time at work.
Also, the candidates need to have excellent customer servicing, organizing & communicating skills. Ideally, this position is suitable for those who want to gain some experience & confidence to work in a market. The paying/price rate of this role will be negotiated in the interview or person.
