We are searching for a builder/construction site cleaner team to work in 221 units. First of all, the worksite is based on LIVERPOOL 2170. Similarly, the worker must be energetic, reliable and trustworthy in the job to be the best worker in the field. Likely, in the job, the tasks are like cleaning the trash or debris and disposing of them in recycle bin for recycling.
Additionally, the workers must have the ability to work as a team to finish the work in a designated period of time. Furthermore, the cleaner must be very much attentive to use different chemical and non-chemical based equipment to clean up the mess of the painters or clean up the old stains, rust.
Lastly, the responsibilities of construction cleaner are to clean floors and rooms including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, scrubbing, etc, clean all the public and private spaces, refill the needed items in the restroom such as towels, papers and soaps, prepare a daily document for inspecting and reporting any faults
Follow the rule of health and safety, The requirements as a cleaner: must be a proven cleaner and got enough experiences, able to handle all kinds of cleaning equipment as their work, good communication and organizational
