Firstly, we are located in (Five Dock Area, New South Wales, Australia) and we would like to have someone who lives locally or around the work site area. The candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to the workplace.
Likely the candidate has to take all the responsibilities for not getting any complaints from the guests. Mainly in this job the candidate have to assist or help other kitchen staff. The shifts are mainly in the evening and on weekends. The candidates must follow the rules and regulations and also the orders of the seniors and walk along the path that they told.
While working during this pandemic situation the candidate has to be careful and follow safety measures and wear a proper mask, gloves, and face shield to avoid germs. Besides this, the candidate has to wear a proper uniform in a cleaned way. The responsibilities as a kitchen hand are assisting other staff, handle, sort
Store and distribute food items, sort and dispose of the rubbish and recycling, wash and clean utensils and dishes and make sure they are stored appropriately, organize laundering kitchen linen, preparing meal ingredients for the cook, packing takeout orders as needed, mopping and sweeping areas as required
Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards. The requirements as a kitchen hand are a high school diploma, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures, ability to use kitchen equipment and appliances.
