General cleaning experience (especially in commercial building cleaning) Five-morning shifts per week between 6am and 9:30am 7 days a week. Candidates must be capable of working in any type of work environment, whether as a team or individually.
Their work must be done on time, and they must provide high-quality services. While operating cleaning & gardening equipment, candidates must follow all safety & health instructions. Candidates must be enthusiastic, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, trustworthy, friendly, and honest, with a keen focus on details.
Additionally, they must possess excellent communication skills as well as previous work references. A part-time shift job or subcontract-based work, this job is suitable for locals. Payment for this job will be on a subcontract/hourly basis of $26.
