Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook foodstuffs, assisting other kitchen staff, packing take–out orders as needed, mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required, storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards. The requirements as a kitchen hand are a high school diploma, strong communication, and organizational skills, ability to safely use kitchen equipment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, integrity, good interpersonal skills, excellent understanding of food preparation fundaments, proficient knife handling skills.
