We are searching for the right candidates to appoint you as a picker and packer for an immediate start. First of all, we are located on BOTANY, and we want our candidates must be living near to our area for approval. Likely, the candidate must check the items for their hygiene to export good quality. Moreover, the candidates should be experienced to complete the task in a limited amount of time.
The working schedule is for 5 to 7 days of the week (7 AM to 3 PM) and the candidates are paid $28 per hour. Similarly, the students are also welcome to apply with proper working rights. The candidates must be positive, hardworking, reliable, good work ethic, and flexible to work. The responsibilities as a picker and packer are to pull and pack the product based on daily orders, meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
Keeps product separated, organized, and in good rotation, monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues, operate various pieces of equipment, reposts any mechanical problems, utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices, maintains a clean and sanitize and safe work area and perform other duties as assigned. The requirements as a picker and packer are: a high school diploma is needed, worked in a similar position before, excellent verbal communication skills to deal with the customers
