We are seeking for builders cleaner to join our team. First of all, we are located around MELBOURNE and the worker must be local near to our area. Similarly, the worker must have to be experienced and skilled to handle the tasks according to the knowledge and techniques. Likewise, the candidate must have the ability to use all kinds of equipment and supplies effectively.
Likely, the worker must be physically and mentally strong to cope and work within a team. Additionally, the main task in this job is to clean all the public areas by using chemical-based solutions to remove stains and dirt on the floors. Besides, you must have PPE clothing including a Hard Hat mask, etc to work without bearing any accidents.
And, the candidates are paid $22 per hour. More, the responsibilities as a builder cleaner are: clean the areas including mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming carpets, etc, empty waste receptacles and rinse them with sanitizers, report any damage or replacement to the manager
Clean the exterior of the building like windows, you must identify potential safety hazards during the day. The requirements are: Must have a White card, PPE clothing including Hard Hat, able to prepare a routine to complete the tasks of the day
