We’re a well-established & air-conditioned mushroom farm located in the Glossodia area. At the moment, we need some hardworking, responsible workers (people) for picking & packing positions. This is a rotating roster shift position so the candidates have to available at work on both weekdays & weekends
Likely, the shift will be commenced from 7 am onward (the working hours will be fixed in the interview). Mainly, the work/ duties that the workers have to do includes picking & packing of the mushroom. But the duties are not limited to this only. Previous experience of working in a related position (picking & packing) is desirable but not essential
Because this is an easy & cozy job that anyone can do easily by seeing. However, the candidate needs to have excellent dedication, work ethic, willingness to learn & passion for the related work. Candidates have to work with a team or alone in any kind of situation.
They have to follow all the work instruction given by the farm leader & have to work fast & autonomously. Candidates must have the right to work in Australia & excellent communicating skills. For this role, we’re willing to pay at an adult hourly rate of $23.87 plus bonuses & it’ll be provided on time.
