A fast-paced bakery is demanding some hardworking, self-motivated baker & junior staff for their team. The bakery is situated in the beautiful location of the Hamilton Hill area so we would like to have those candidates who live locally or around the worksite. This job is available in both evening & morning shift positions
So the candidates can apply for any shift position as their availability. As a requirement, previous experience of working in a related position/sector (baker) & speaking fluent English is a must. Candidates must have the ability to take responsibility/duty even in fast-paced or under-pressure environments.
They have to maintain a professional relationship between team members (especially between front staff & kitchen staff). Candidates must have good dedication, flexibility, willingness, efficiency & passion for the related work. Also, the candidates need to have the right to work in Australia & excellent servicing plus communication skills.
Ideally, this position is preferable for locals or those who want to make some money by doing part-time/extra work. Usually, we’re paying our staff on an awarded basis so for you also the paying system will be the same.
