A fast-paced Japanese restaurant is demanding some hardworking, professional staff(people) for sushi maker/ kitchen hand/ waitress position. The restaurant is located in the Rockingham area so we would like to have those candidates who live locally or around the restaurant area. Our working schedule is very flexible but full availability
Throughout a week is essential. For this role, we want those candidates who have got proven experience of working in a busy kitchen/restaurant (as kitchen hand/ sushi maker/ waitress) & also those who have are reliable, dedicated, hardworking, fast-learner, responsible & honest with keen attention to details.
Candidates should be able to work around the people or in an under-pressure situation with a team/alone. They have to follow all the work instruction given by the chef/leader & also be able to work fast & autonomously. Candidates have to maintain a mutual relationship between team members (especially between front staff & kitchen staff).
Candidates must have good kitchen preparing, organizing, customer servicing & communication skills. If the candidates have got good knowledge/experienced about Japanese cuisine then they will be highly considered or more priority will be given.
