Our company is looking to hire enthusiastic contract cleaners for commercial cleaning work in Corbould Park (Near Caloundra). We have a flexible schedule and offer competitive rates. Must maintain a current ABN and maintain public liability insurance, or be able to do so. The position entails part-time cleaning work over 4-5 shifts per week, which is about 20-30 hours per week.
For successful candidates, this job can begin immediately. The position is currently available as a part-time position, so you are free to apply as you like or when you are available. Specifically, we are interested in candidates who have excellent experience in related work as well as those who are willing to commit to working with us for a long time.
It is important that you can work as a single person or in a team even during peak hours. An eye for detail, enthusiasm, accountability, dedication, & responsibility are essential. It is not important to be a girl or a guy in this role, only having a good attitude, good work ethic, and good personality matter.
Despite the flexibility of the work hours & days, it is critical that candidates are available all week long. No matter what the circumstances or conditions, you should be able to work unsupervised. There is a possibility of salary negotiation, but you can trust or believe that we will provide the salary at the awarded rate.
