Candidates who live in the worksite area would be an advantage, as the job is located in St. Ives – Belrose area. A shopping center needs cleaners on weekdays. Training is provided, but the experience is an advantage. Cleaning up the motel is generally part of the job. Duties include vacuuming/mopping floor surfaces, sweeping, wiping windows, scrubbing bathrooms, halls, taking out trash & changing trash bags, etc.
In an ideal world, we want cleaners with an ABN number and those who have demonstrated their experience in the cleaning field (especially in commercial/shopping center cleaning). It is important that the cleaner is able to work around people or in conditions of pressure.
While operating cleaning equipment & products, they must be extra careful & dedicated. A candidate must always maintain a professional demeanor, maintain work pride, and maintain good personal hygiene.
The candidates need to be Australian citizens, have excellent communication skills, and know-how to clean. Depending on your experience and performance, we are willing to pay $33 per hour for this role.
