We are seeking an experienced and hardworking candidate to join our team as a Kitchen hand. First of all, the worksite is situated in PRESTON, VIC, AUSTRALIA, and the candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to the workplace. And, the candidate must be available in the evenings and weekends.
The candidate has to follow all the rules and regulations of the restaurant and also the orders of the seniors. The candidate must be hardworking, punctual, willing to learn, good work ethic and flexible to work in the evenings and weekends. Also, while working during this pandemic the candidate must follow the safety measures by using sanitisers and wearing proper masks and face shields to avoid germs.
Besides this, while working the candidate must wear uniform in a well presentable and cleaned way. The responsibilities are to assist the chef with plating and food preparation, washing and cleaning dishes and utensils, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, assisting other staff to complete the task, handle, store and distribute food items
Wash, cut, cook foodstuffs, sort and dispose of the trash in the bin organize laundering of kitchen linen and perform additional duties as required. The requirements are a high school diploma, good communication and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills
