We need an energetic, hardworking worker(person) for picking position. The position/worksite(farm) is located in the beautiful location of the Bundaberg, QLD (it’s near to the shopping center & Asian glossary shop). The working hours & days are available in flexible time so it won’t be hard enough for a worker to adjust a working time.
Mainly, the work/duties that the candidate has to do include picking of Zucchini, Tomato, Capsicum, Watermelon, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, etc. In this post, the candidates will get various facilities & opportunities like transportation facility (pick up & drop up service), 2nd/3rd years visa provided
Accommodation & many more so in returns the candidates have to give their 100% at the work. Previous experience of working in a related sector/position (picker) is an advantage but not essential because this is an easy & cozy job that anyone can do easily by seeing. Candidates have to be physically fit, strong & healthy because this is an outdoor work
(in sun) & also have to do some physically laboring work like lifting/moving heavy stuff, etc. Candidates have to follow all the work instruction given by the leaders & also be able to work fast & autonomously. In accommodation, the candidates will get all the modern facilities such as a gym, table tennis, DVDs, PC rooms & wifi, etc.
Candidates must have good dedication, work ethic & passion for the related work. The paying rate differs & it is given below: A) In Piece rate: i) Zucchini picking: $2.2 to $2.8 per bucket ( it’ll depend upon the farm situation). ii)
Tomato picking: $1.8 to $2 per bucket. iii) Capsicum picking: $1 to $1.2 per bucket. In Hourly rate: i) Watermelon, Sweet potato, pumpkin picking; $24.36 per hour. Normally, the candidate can make up to $50 to $70 per day with minimum working hours.
