We are looking for a couple of workers to join our team as pick and packers. First of all, we are located on WINERIES AREA, and the worker must be living near to this area if not then he/she must have a vehicle to arrive on time on the corporation. Similarly, the worker must be very much skillful to perform the tasks according to the rules and regulations of the farm.
Likewise, the candidate should be very much attentive and fast to complete any type of task in a designated period of time. Thus, the work is for picking and packing fig so the candidate must have worked in this prior position to work stably in our group for a longer period of time. Likely, the main task in this job is to pick and check the fig’s status for packing.
Thus, the work goes for 4 weeks or more and the working hour is approximately 30-40 hours per week. Lastly, the responsibilities as a picker and packer are: ensure all the areas are kept clean and tidy as always, keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments, check the fig two or three times before packing
Seal and label before adding in the container, help the team for maintaining the security of the warehouse. The requirements are: a high school diploma is very much necessary, can follow the path of your seniors and work with minimal level supervision
