Hello, I am looking for reliable pickers/packers for our busy Starbry farm. We would like to have people who live nearby or close to the worksite since the worksite is in Two Wells. Furthermore, all rules and regulations must be followed as well as the orders of the seniors. Our regular work hours are Monday through Sunday, 30 to 50 hours a week, and our candidates are paid $30 per hour.
Applicants with the proper rights are also welcome. Additionally, during this pandemic, the candidate should take precautions to avoid germs by using sanitizing products and wearing protective clothing, such as masks, gloves, and face shields. As well, the candidate must wear proper uniforms while working.
Candidates should be honest, punctual, hardworking, friendly, flexible, and flexible in their approach to work. The responsibilities include pulling and packing products to meet daily orders, meeting customer needs in a timely manner, keeping products separate, organized, and in rotation, monitoring quality
Operating equipment, reporting problems, following good manufacturing practices, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and performing other required tasks. We require good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to work fast and safely with minimal supervision.
