Packing/Picking staff urgently needed for a part-time & full-time shift

We need some hardworking, professional workers(people) for picking & packing positions. The worksite(farm) is located in the Mildura region so please check the location before applying. This is a full-time shift positon so each day the shift will be commenced in the morning time from 7 am onwards & ends around 5 pm.

Likely, the candidates have to available at work for 45-50 hours a week over 6 days (Monday to Saturday, Sunday will be a day off). Similarly, the job will be run for the whole year & some season details are Winter Citrus end of April to October or Summer Citrus from November to April/May.

This position is preferable for both male & female candidates. The job details are given below: For Female workers: The duties/work includes picking & packing of the shed, fruits, sorting, etc. For Male workers: The duties/work includes stacking boxes, pallet making, etc. The duties/work are not limited to this only, both the male & female

Workers have to do other general farm work also. In this job, the accommodation & transportation facility will be provided. Both second-year & third-year visa is eligible. This is a citrus season & the candidates have to do picking & packing of the citrus, oranges, lemons, mandarins, etc.

The paying rates of picking & packing positions are given below: 1) In Annual & Full-time hourly rate: a) Full-time hourly rate: $19.50 plus supper 9.5% will be added. b) Annual Leaves: 2.92 hours * $22.70 per week. 2) In piece rates: a) Oranges: $29 with supper 9.5% per mega bin. b) Mandarins: $94 with supper 9.5% per mega bin.

c) Lemons: $29 with supper 9.5% per mega bin. This position will commence shortly for the right candidates so please contact us on time. To do this role, previous experience of working in a related position is preferred but not essential because some training on the job will be provided.

However, the candidates need to have good dedication, work ethic, flexibility, willingness to learn & passion for the related work. All the jobs are physically tiring/laboring so to do this the candidates have to be physically fit & strong. Candidates must have the right to work in Australia & also be able to work with us for at least 3 months.
