Similarly, in this job, you have the ability to work in a team because in this job mainly you have to be dependent on your team to complete the given tasks.
Likewise, the worker should be fast, reliable, and hard-working in the job to be stable for a long period of time in this position. Likely, the candidate should also have the ability to conduct picking and cleaning simultaneously so we recommend the worker can multitask in his/her job. The requirements are, a High school diploma is necessary, Got experience in this field and worked in this prior position before, can communicate in fluent English with the customers, should be fit and can lift weights, able to work in different working shifts such as night, day or evening.
