The successful candidate will have working rights, an ABN, a vehicle and a telephone. The successful applicant will have experience with commercial cleaning in O’Connor. The job is Monday through Friday, starting at 5.30 pm and lasting 3.5 hours. Training and equipment will be provided. A wage of $25 per hour is offered.
As well, the candidate must assume all responsibilities relating to cleaning, as well as follow all guidelines and regulations that govern the office, as well as follow orders from the seniors. While the pandemic is on, the candidate will have to take precautions to avoid getting sick.
In addition to this, the candidate should wear a uniform in a clean and well-presentable manner to demonstrate respect for the guests. The cleaner must be reliable, energetic, punctual, and flexible to work night shifts. The cleaning duties include mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming carpets, washing heavy cleaning tasks, spot cleaning glass and windows
Transporting dirty linens to proper locations for cleaning, setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning supplies, assisting other staff members, and performing additional duties as assigned. In addition to the high school diploma, it is required to have at least two years experience in cleaning, to be able to communicate effectively and organize well
