Needed reliable cleaner Monday to Friday 5 days a week

WANTED a reliable and responsible candidate to our team as a cleaner. Our working sites are situated in (Canberra and Newcastle, Australia). The candidate must have their ABN and the accommodation facility is also provided. The candidates must have cleaning experience before.

Likely, the candidate has to take all the responsibilities regarding cleaning for not getting any complaints from the customers. Likely in this job the candidate mainly has to clean the apartments on construction sites. Similarly, the candidates have to follow all the rules and regulations and also the orders from the seniors.

Also while working during this pandemic the candidates must be careful to avoid germs by following safety measures and use sanitizers and wear proper masks, gloves, and face shields. Besides this, the candidates have to wear a uniform in a proper and cleaned way.

The responsibilities as a cleaner are: cleaning the whole apartments, carry out heavy tasks and special projects, clean stocks and supplies designated facility areas, stock and maintain supply rooms, cooperate with the rest of the staffs, follow all health and safety regulations, notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

The requirements are a high school degree, experience as a cleaner, good communication and people skills, able to handle heavy types of equipment and machinery, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, integrity, familiarity with materials safety and datasheets.

The candidates must be punctual, hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, physically active, and have a lot of stamina, flexible to work.
