Hey everyone, I’m looking for full-time cleaners for my building. Therefore, we are seeking applicants who live nearby or near the work site in the Condell Park area. To avoid receiving complaints from customers, the candidate needs to handle cleaning properly as well. Five days a week, eight hours a day is the working schedule. A driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.
Additionally, the candidate should follow all the instructions and regulations of the seniors and follow the path they laid out for him or her. Candidate should not be alarmed as this is commercial cleaning, not domestic cleaning, therefore no difficulties will arise. Candidate must use sanitizers, gloves, and face shields when working in a pandemic situation in order to prevent germs from getting into their bodies.
If required, candidates receive training. The uniforms must be clean and the candidate should wear a proper uniform. Among the responsibilities of a cleaning personnel are: performing basic cleaning in and around the residences, such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilets and windows
Maintaining and monitoring the sanitation and organization of assigned areas, emptying trash and replacing liners, setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies, assisting other staff, and performing other duties as needed. Cleaners must have an extensive knowledge of cleaning products
