We are looking for staff to appoint him/her as a mango picker in our team. First of all, we are located in Lambells, Lagoon, Berry Springs area so the candidate should have to be living in this area to be applicable for this position. Similarly, in this job, you should be punctual and have the ability to recognize the damaged mango and fresh mango because if any damaged mango is picked and send it to our buyers then it will decrease our fame and prestige so be very careful while picking.
Moreover, the candidate should also know using different picking equipment such as a shovel, weeder, hand trowel, soil knife pruning shears, and many more. Additionally, we also help you to be a professional mango picker in our team by providing you the best training sessions which will enhance your picking power so be ready to take it and use it. In this work, we need 20 workers in our corporation and we pay you $25 per hour.
Likely, we also provide accommodation facility to the experienced and skilled workers only. More, we have a 2nd/3rd visa extension available so if you want to be a stable worker please inform us. Lastly, the responsibilities as a picker are: Ability to identify the mango as per its size, type, and ripeness. Have to check the mango if there is any rotting spot or damaged area. Must have to pick and pack highly quality mangoes in a box.
Should have to operate different types of equipment to pull out the mango from its tree without any damage. Clean the area after the completion of your work. The requirements are: A high school diploma in agriculture. Knowledge of fruit varieties to pick them properly. Can communicate in fluent English. Should be fit in health and can lift weights.
