GIN GIN Farm is looking for 50 lemon pickers to join their team by 4/3/2021. First of all, the worksite is situated in FOREST LAKE, QLD, and we would like to have someone who is a resident of this area. Likewise, we are not like the other pickers as it only provides work shifts without any entertainment but in our context
We provide extra curriculum activities which will help you to feel easy to work with us in a team. Likewise, we don’t only provide work for pickers we also help you to appoint to other works if you manage to impress us as a picker. Thus, we will appoint you as a packing shedder if your results are good as a picker.
Furthermore, the picker should have to check the damaged items and also have to throw them out as per the rule. You can also use a forklift if are well skilled to ride it. Top candidates will also have rewards as money to fulfill and achieve their dreams. The candidates are paid $120 to $180 per bin and the candidates will be provided training on the site.
The responsibilities are to select the lemons according to the size and discard rotting ones, load picked lemons into containers, taking care to avoid damage, maintain the security of the warehouse and perform additional duties as required. The requirements are to have knowledge about working with a professional team
