We’re demanding an enthusiastic, responsible kitchen hand staff for our family-friendly pub. Our pub is located in the North of the River area (Mount Hawthorn, WA area & it’s very close to public transport so there won’t be any transport problems). This is a casual shift position so the candidate has to available at work on both weekdays & weekends
(especially on weekends & night time). To do this role, the candidate must have the following criteria: Must have to be responsible, presentable, friendly, loving, dedicated & honest. Must have got previous experience of working in a busy kitchen or restaurant as kitchen hand (Also some training on the job will be given)
Must have the ability to work with a team in any kind of situation or environment. Must have to maintain a professional relationship between team members (especially between front staff & kitchen staff). Must have a strong work ethic, efficiency, flexibility & passion for the related work.
Must have excellent communicating, organizing & food plus kitchen preparation skills. Must have got excellent knowledge of handling kitchen equipment & duties (like using a sharp knife, cleaning & handling dishwasher, etc). This position will be started shortly for the right candidates but they need to have all the above mention criteria.
The candidates have to work under the direction of the head chef/ management & have to follow all the kitchen safety & health instructions. A good amount of salary or remuneration will be provided.
