A Malaysian restaurant is seeking a tough and hardworking candidate to join their restaurant as a full-time/part-time junior chef. First of all, the worksite is situated in the CBD area, and the candidate must have their own vehicle to travel to the workplace. And, the candidates must be available more than 4 days per week.
The candidate has to follow all the rules and regulations of the restaurant and also the orders of the seniors. The candidate must be punctual, willing to learn, good work ethic and flexible to work. Also, while working during this pandemic the candidate must follow the safety measures to avoid germs by wearing a proper mask, and face shields.
Also, while working the candidate must wear uniform in a well presentable and cleaned way to show respect towards guests. The responsibilities are washing and cleaning dishes and utensils, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, assisting other staff to complete the task, handle, store and distribute food items, wash, cut
Cook foodstuffs, dispose of the trash in the bin, organize laundering of kitchen linen, and perform additional duties as required. The requirements are a high school diploma, must have knowledge about Malaysian cuisine, experience as a kitchen junior chef, good communication and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work as a team, able to work at a fast pace and safely with minimal supervision, good hygiene, hardworking and able to follow instructions.
