We are searching for 2-3 reliable and responsible candidates to work in our team for seasonal fruit picking. First of all, we are located on BLACKTOWN AREA, and the candidates must have their own vehicle to travel to the workplace. Likewise, the candidate must be obedient, and punctual to prove as a worthy worker in this position.
Likely, the candidate must take all the responsibilities regarding work and follow all the rules and regulations of the farm and the orders of the seniors. Also, while working during this pandemic the candidate must follow the safety measures by following safety measures to avoid germs by wearing a proper mask and face shields.
Also while working, the candidate must wear a proper uniform. The candidates must be hardworking, punctual, energetic, willing to learn, and flexible to work. The responsibilities of a fruit picker are to select the fruits according to the size and ripeness, operate farm machinery to harvest fruits
Discard the rotted and overripe fruit, load picked fruits into containers, and perform additional duties as required. The requirements are a high school diploma, the experience is preferred, have a valid work visa, good communication and organizational skills, able to work quickly and safely with minimum supervision
