We are seeking for workers to join our team as fruit pickers. First of all, we are situated in COBRAM AREA, AUSTRALIA, and we hope the candidates are local to our area. Similarly, the candidate should be a hardworking and reliable worker who can be fit on this position and the work is groundwork the candidates don’t have to do ladder work.
Likely, the working schedule is from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM and the candidates are paid $24.80 per hour. Moreover, the candidate must have experience and skill in this prior position before being approved. Thus, if you want to be a professional then you must have to be ready to take all the new techniques and skills provided.
Besides, you also have to follow all the orders of the seniors. Lastly, the responsibilities as a fruit picker are to select the fruits for picking according to size and ripeness and discard rotting and over-ripened produce, load picked fruits into containers, taking care to avoid damage
Notify if any damage to the manager, clean all the spills when they occur during an accident. The requirements are a high school diploma, proven as a picker and worked in such a position before, work as a part of the team
