fruit & vegetable picking staff urgently needed

We’re wanting some hardworking, responsible backpackers(people) for picking positions. The position/worksite (farm) is located in the Coffs Harbour area so please check the work location before applying. This is a temporary shift position & it’ll run for three months only (guaranteed). Likely, the shift hours & days will be fixed in the meeting

(it’ll depend upon weather conditions). Mainly, the work/duties that the candidates have to do include picking fruits & vegetables. But the duties are not limited to this only. To do this role, previous experience of working in a related position (fruit & vegetable picking) is preferred but not essential because some training on the job will be provided

(or experience is not important cause the job will only run for three months). Candidates have to follow all the job instruction given by the farm leader & have to work fast & autonomously. Candidates have to be physically fit & strong because the job will be outdoors (in sun) & also they have to do some physically laboring work like lifting heavy bags, standing/bending for a repetitive period, etc.

Ideally, this job is suitable for backpackers or those who want to make money by doing extra/temporary works. Candidates don’t have to worry about their salary/wages because it’ll be transferred on time with a good rate.
