Likewise, the worker should be loyal and hardworking enough to handle all types of tasks by trust. Likely, the candidate must be experienced to complete pick the right fruit to form a good relationship with our customers. The work is for 6-12 months and the candidates are paid $24.80 per hour. Also, he/she must be energetic
And able to work in any weather conditions to pick up the fruits to deliver in time. Besides, the picker should have the idea to multitask and manage time in a time-manageable way to clean the whole area after picking the fruits. More, the worker must have to take the basic training provided by our farm to use the different types of equipment
To pick the fruits perfectly from the trees and roots. Thus, if you are able to impress us then we also help you to get extra payment services. The responsibilities as a fruit picker are, check the assigned fruits are in order to determine picking activities, pick each and every fruit in a careful manner, isolate the damaged fruits in a separate container
Fill up the baskets with fruits and transport them to checking areas, ensure the cartoon is perfectly lined up with protective layers. The requirements are, able to work in nights and heights, able to travel from one property to another to pick the fruits
