Similarly, the candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to the worksite area.
The candidate must be responsible, punctual, hardworking, physically fit, and flexible to work. The candidate must follow the rules and regulations and orders of the seniors. While, working during this pandemic situation the candidate has to follow the safety measures by using sanitizer and wearing a proper mask, gloves, and face shields to avoid germs.
Besides this, the candidate has to wear a uniform in a well presentable and cleaned way while working. The responsibilities as a food factory worker are to adjust ingredients, processing practices, or packaging when needed, inspect operations, products, and packaging, maintain and clean equipment and facilities, measure
And add ingredients and preservations including weighing, incorporating, heating, and cooling, shipping or storing finished products, cleaning the working area and perform additional duties as required. The requirements of a food factory worker are a high school diploma, good communication, and organizational skills
Ability to follow safety standards, concentration, monitoring operations, and machinery, strong attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, understanding of health and safety regulations, fit and able to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
