Our company is looking for a factory hand to perform a variety of duties. As the factory is located near the Gold Coast, it would be helpful if we had someone local. Working in the factory includes packing and crumbing sausages, preparing minces, and other general duties. We offer 5 shifts between Monday and Friday, without weekend work.
The right candidate must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, and a good team player. Training will also be provided on the job. The working hours and days can be arranged on an as-needed basis, but full availability every day of the week is required. Working in any type of situation, whether on a team or alone, requires the ability to switch between roles.
Due to the long shifts and repetitive labor, you must be physically fit, strong, and healthy. You will also have to lift heavy items, stand, and bend for long periods. It would be advantageous to have previous work experience in a related position. However, this is not required.
At a job, candidates need to always maintain professional manners, pride in their work, and personal hygiene. A job like this is best suited to people wanting to earn extra income on the side.
