A BUSY PUB BISTRO is seeking a tough and hardworking Dishwasher/Kitchen hand for pub bistro. First of all, the worksite is situated in SURRY HILLS, NSW, AUSTRALIA, and the candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to workplace. And, the work is for 5 days of the week (WEDNESDAY to SUNDAY) and the working schedule is 6:00 PM to 10:00-10:30 PM.
The candidate has to take all the responsibilities regarding the work and follow all the rules and regulations of the pub and also the orders of the seniors. The candidate must be hardworking, punctual, responsible, good work ethic, and flexible to work at night. Also, while working during this pandemic the candidate must follow the safety measures by using sanitizers and wearing a proper mask, gloves, and face shields.
Likely, the candidate must wear a uniform in a well presentable and cleaned way while working. The responsibilities are washing and cleaning dishes and utensils, ensure the availability of utensils and dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, assisting other staff to complete the task, handle, store and distribute food items
Wash, cut, cook foodstuffs, sort and dispose of the trash in the bin, organize laundering of kitchen linen, and perform additional duties as required. The requirements are a high school diploma, experience regarding the work, must have an ABN, good communication and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, able to work as a team
