We are seeking a tough and hardworking Kitchen hand/Cleaner. First of all, the worksite is situated in FORTITUDE VALLEY, QLD, AUSTRALIA, and the candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to workplace and free parking is also available on site. And, the candidate must be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
And the working hour is 20 hours per week (5 AM to 11 AM). The candidate has to take all the responsibilities and follow all the rules and regulations of the restaurant and also the orders of the seniors. The candidate must be hardworking, punctual, willing to learn, good work ethic, physically active, and flexible to work early in the morning.
Also, while working during this pandemic the candidate must follow the safety measures by using sanitizers and wearing a proper mask, gloves, and face shields to avoid germs. Besides this, the candidate must wear a uniform in a well presentable and cleaned way while working.
The responsibilities are washing and cleaning dishes and utensils, cleaning and sanitizing, help to move boxes in the morning, assisting other staff to complete the task, handle, store and distribute food items, wash, cut, cook foodstuffs, sort and dispose of rubbish and recycling, organize laundering of kitchen linen, and perform additional duties as required.
The requirements are a high school diploma, experience regarding commercial kitchen cleaning, good communication, and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, able to work as a team, able to work at a fast pace and safely with minimal supervision, good hygiene, able to work under pressure.
