A longer period of time. Likely, the candidates have to be swift enough to finish any assigned tasks in a limited amount of time. Additionally, the candidate should help the staff with food preparation and lift and clean heavy pots. Also, in our restaurant, the floors are slippery due to oil and dust so walk slowly to avoid accidents.
The responsibilities as a kitchen hand/ food processor are: chop all the food in different shapes and sizes as per the recipes, should restock the needed items in dining areas and cooking stations, work in a food line and load ingredients into the industrial baking equipment, monitor the machinery during the cooking and mixing process
To make sure the product quality standards are being met, must support other staff members with their tasks as needed, take out the trash and rinse the garbage container, must report any accidents or violations to the manager. The requirements as a kitchen hand/food processor are: a high school diploma is required
