We need an energetic, reliable kitchen staff (person) for the kitchen & dishwasher position. The position/worksite is based in the St Leonard’s station area so if the candidate lives in or around the worksite then it would be a great advantage. This position is available on a part-time shift Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm to 6 pm 5 hours per shift total 25 hours a week.
Likely, the commencing & finishing time of the shift is very flexible (It’ll be fixed in the interview). Mainly, the duties/works that the kitchen & cleaning staff has to do include assisting the chefs & other staff(when required), maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking basic food, washing dishes, preparing ingredients & plating meals, etc.
The works are not restricted to this as they were. Ideally, we want those candidates who have got some experience of working in a busy kitchen/restaurant (kitchen attendant) & also those who have got excellent knowledge of handling kitchen tools like a sharp knife, dishwasher, etc.
The candidates have to take responsibility in any kind of situation or environment. Also, they have to work under the supervision of the head chef/leader & have to follow all the kitchen safety & health instruction. Competitors need to keep an expert connection between colleagues (particularly between the front of the house and kitchen staff)
