We are seeking an experienced chef/ cleaner/ kitchen hand to join our busy hotel in the heart of Port Douglas. This job is for a casual position and the right applicants will be rewarded with good enough payment. The working days follow from Wednesday to Sunday and you are required to work almost 30 to 35 hours per week. Applicants must have the skills to handle knives quickly and to use other utensils properly.
Knowing different recipes of food will help you to know the taste of the customers. We provide the best equipment needed for the hotel so we expect you to do your best while working. You must be able to reach on time to work spot and be accurate. Candidates should know to make the best smoothies and other drinks. After the customer leaves you should quickly wipe down the table and arrange dining set for the next customer.
You are expected to be well presented and organized in nature. These are the responsibilities you need to complete here: You should be reliable and hardworking while working. Applicants must clean and wipe down tables and reset it for the next guest. Candidates have to keep the kitchen and its appliances proper hygiene. You should be willing to work as a team and be an initiative among them.
