We are searching for a few farmworkers to join our banana farm located at QLD Mareeba and Tolga. This job is for a part-time position and the selected candidates will be paid $24.36 per hour and also provided with some rewards. The working days required to work over here is 5 days a week. You will have to do all the general work related to the farm. Applicants must pick banana and then pack them properly into the boxes.
You must store them in the storeroom and look after if they get rotten or get spoiled. Candidates will have to look after their proper growth and have to protect from birds and other insects. You are supposed to use the soil, sand, and fertilizers according to the specifications provided by the farm. Applicants will have to inspect if the farm equipment and tools are working properly or they need to be changed.
You are supposed to appear neat and hygiene at the working site. These are the responsibilities and duties you will have to do: You should be reliable and hardworking. Applicants must pick banana and pack them. Candidates should keep the warehouse properly clean so that the products will not get spoiled. You must work as a team and maintain unity among them.
Candidates should be accurate and reach work on time. Given below are the requirements which you will have to fulfill: Applicants must have basic knowledge about the agriculture field. You should be available 5 days a week and be fast-paced. Candidates must be able to perform multiple works. Applicants should be well presented and organized while working.
