An experienced cleaner is needed part-time to work at St Malo Bakery Hornsby. Various cleaning tasks are required. The position is part-time and involves approximately 25 hours per week. Shift times include 1am to 6am. You will need to sweep and mop the floor completely every shift. Sink, toilet, bathroom and towels & soap dispenser.
Dishwasher and filter cleaning machine. Bins emptied and new bags provided. Crates stacked once delivered by drivers. Through the pot washer, clean drains, boiling water and bleach bins, and mop buckets and dustpans. Remove the pot washer and fill with a chemical.
Make sure sinks are clean. Take out bread crates and clean the parking lot before 7am. Additional cleaning duties require a detailed cleaner. A previous professional cleaning experience (especially in the restaurant/bakery sector) is highly desirable.
Additionally, the cleaner should be very knowledgeable about how to handle cleaning equipment and duties. The position is best suited to people looking for part-time employment or those who want to earn some extra income.
