Similarly, the worker must have been skill full to handle all kinds of tasks according to the knowledge and techniques. Likewise, the candidate must have the ability to use all kinds of equipment that are used to clean the whole area effectively.
Likely, the work is not simple enough because in this job you must be physically and mentally strong enough to cope and work within a team. Additionally, the main task in this job is to clean all the public areas by using chemical-based solutions to remove stains and dirt on the floors. Besides, you must read the health safety instruction
Before entering the perimeter and wear all the safety items such as a mask, helmet, gloves, etc to work without bearing any accidents. Thus, the workers who are starters cannot apply for this job only aged people must provide their CVs to apply. Additionally, the rights candidates are provided a car and the candidates are paid
On cash on a hand basis. More, the responsibilities as a builder cleaner are: clean the whole building by mopping, vacuuming carpets, etc, empty waste receptacles and rinse them with sanitizers, report any damage or replacement to the manager, clean the exterior of the building like windows
You must identify potential safety hazards during the day. The requirements are: must have international or NSW license, able to prepare a routine to complete the tasks of the day, ability to perform mathematics to measure, should be proven as a cleaner and worked in a similar role before
