An Unley restaurant is looking for a dishwasher and kitchen hand. There are evening shifts available from 5pm to 10pm. Twenty hours must be worked. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a requirement. The candidate should have experience working in a similar field. This position is available immediately.
As our schedule is flexible, a candidate shouldn’t have difficulty adjusting their working hours. This role requires prior experience working in a busy restaurant as a kitchen hand, as well as an effective understanding of how to use kitchen equipment such as sharp knives, dishwashers, etc.
All kitchen safety and health instructions must be strictly followed by candidates who work under the guidance of the head chef. Washing dishes, assisting the chef in food preparation, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen are just a few of the duties/ tasks the candidate will have to perform.
This is not the only job the candidate will be responsible for. Applicants should be enthusiastic, responsible, dedicated, hard-working, loving and honest, with a positive attitude. Customer service, organization, kitchen preparation, and communication skills are essential.
