We’re seeking to hire some new professional, dedicated retail staff (people) in our Kawana surf outlet. We’re located in the beautiful location of the Sunshine Coast area so we would like to have that candidate who lives in or around the worksite. As the working schedule is very flexible, full availability throughout a week is required.
In this job, the work/duties that the candidates have to do are given below: Customer servicing & handling. Performing general cleaning duties & making store tidy plus clean. Checking & hanging the stock. Doing some register work & selling hardware. The duties/works are not limited to this only.
To do this role, previous experience of working in a related sector/position (retail/hospitality experience) is an advantage but not so essential because some training on the job will be provided. However, the candidates need to have good dedication, interest, willingness to learn & passion for the related work.
Candidates have to work under the supervision of the leader & also be able to work fast & autonomously. They should be able to take responsibility/duties in any conditions/situations. Candidates must be enthusiastic, responsible, dedicated, hardworking, presentable & honest with a good can-do attitude.
