(the working days & hours will depend upon the weather or will be fixed in the interview). Generally, the work/duties that the candidates have to do includes picking of the blueberry. Candidate can work easily/simply & also be able to make more money. Candidates have to follow all the job instructions given by the leader (team/ farm leader) & also have to work fast & autonomously. Candidates have to work with a team or individual in any type of weather conditions.
They have to be physically fit, strong & healthy because the shift will run for long hours & also they have to do some physically laboring work like lifting/carrying heavy bags, standing for a long period, etc. A second or Third-year visa is available. In this post, the remuneration/wages will be paid at an award rate of $2.6 to $4 per kg with supper (9.5%) plus worker cover (3.5%)
