We are looking for reliable and hardworking workers to work our farm as an Apple picker. First of all, we are located in ORANGE, NSW, and this work is seasonal work (2-3 months) and the work starts from the 15th of FEBRUARY. The candidate must have their own vehicle and accommodation if not then camping is available on the farm.
And, the candidates are paid according to the bin rate and the bin rate will be between X and Y depend on apple variety and conditions on the week and the pay is always fair, honest, and on time. Similarly, the worker must be very much skillful and professional to conduct any type of work according to the rules and regulations of the farm.
Likewise, the candidate should be very much attentive, detail-oriented, and fast to complete any type of task. Lastly, the responsibilities as a picker are plucked, sort, and graded the high quality of ripened apples, detected, separated, and discarded rotten apples, cleaned and packed apples, operated and controlled tools
Maintained the confidentiality of departmental data, loaded packs of apples, prepared and maintained accurate records. The requirements are: a high school diploma is very much necessary, can follow the path of your seniors and work with minimal level supervision, enjoy practical work
