We are seeking 10-15 men candidate for the builder’s final cleaning and labouring job. First of all, the worksite is situated in MELBOURNE, and the workers must be currently living in this place. Similarly, the worker must have to be skill full to handle all kinds of tasks according to the knowledge and techniques.
Likely, the worker must be physically and mentally strong enough to cope and work within a team. Moreover, the candidate must arrive on time in the job to be a permanent worker in our corporation. Additionally, the main task in this job is to clean the areas by using chemical-based solutions to remove stains and dirt on the floors.
Besides, you must read the health safety instruction before entering the perimeter and wear all the safety items such as a mask, gloves, etc for not to bear any accidents. Thus, the candidates are paid $27.45 per hour. More, the responsibilities as a builder cleaner are: clean the building areas by mopping, vacuuming carpets etc
Empty waste bins and rinse them with sanitisers, report any damage to the manager, clean the exterior of the building like windows, you must identify potential safety hazards during the day. The requirements are: able to prepare a routine to complete the tasks of the day, ability to perform mathematics to measure, must have valid construction white card
