First of all, we are wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier located in the Moorabbin area, Australia, and we hope the candidates are local to our area. Similarly, the candidate should be a hardworking and reliable worker who can be fit in this position for a long period of time.
Likely, the working shifts are for all 7 days of the week and the working schedule starts from 2 AM. Moreover, the candidate must have experience and skill in this prior position before being approved. Thus, if you want to be a professional then you must have to be ready to take all the new techniques and skills provided by the company.
Besides, you also have to work under the pressure of your seniors. Lastly, the responsibilities as a fruit and vegetables picker and packer are to select fruits and vegetables for picking according to size and ripeness, load picked fruit and vegetables into containers, pack all the fruits according to the safety precautions
Select all the fruits according to the size and ripeness, and discard rotting and over-ripened produce, pack all the fruits for the shipments, notify if any damage to the manager, clean all the spills when they occur during an accident. The requirements are a high school diploma, proven as a picker and packer and worked in such position before
