Need a reliable and responsible candidate for a part-time cleaner. At first, we are situated in LAVERTON, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA, and we would like to have someone who lives locally or near the worksite area. The candidate must have their own vehicle to travel from home to the worksite. The working schedule is 4-5 days a week
(6 hours a night) and the candidate must have ABN. The candidate must take responsibility regarding cleaning for not getting any complaints from the customers. Similarly, the customer must follow all the rules and regulations and also the orders of the seniors and walk along the path that they told.
While working during this pandemic the candidate must be careful and follow all the rules and regulations by wearing masks, gloves, and face shields to avoid germs. Besides this, the candidates must wear proper uniforms in a cleaned way. The responsibilities as a cleaner are responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the residence
Clean floors, rooms including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of carpets, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows, carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, emptying trash containers, monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned area, cleaning restrooms, and perform additional duties as needed.
The requirements as a cleaner are a high school diploma, good communication, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, able to work alone or in a team, able to work under pressure, ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, and knowledge of various cleaning chemical and supplies.
