We Busy café are seeking an experienced and professional for a café all-rounder to join our Barista team. First of all, we are situated in East Gosford. Similarly, the candidate should have the ability to handle pressure and work calmly with full efficiency with our team. Likewise, the worker should be able to brew coffee with a great taste to impress our humble customers.
Likely, in this job you can show us your best coffee brewing techniques and recipes to add them to our specialized menu for choosing the best items for our customers. Moreover, we also provide extra training sessions to the best workers in our café to make them a professional Café worker. Also, the worker should be an eager learner and able to prepare latte to be applicable for this position.
Besides, the candidates should be fond of coffee and he/she shouldn’t have any allergies to work in our café for a long period of time. Thus, the work is for 20 to 30 hours a week. Lastly, the responsibilities as a coffee all-rounder are: Must have to welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and favorites. Should have the capability to describe the different coffee types if the customer asks. Have to work in a team for a better result.
Maintain and refill the inventory items such as cakes, biscuits, coffee as per the need. Ability to walk under the rules and regulations of the café. The requirements are: A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience of some years in this prior position before. Should be able to use and make coffee by using different coffee brewing equipment.
