Honest, punctual, friendly and also has a good work ethic, personality and can-do attitude. Right now, we’re hiring people in picking, packing avocado. For all the mention positions, the salary will be provided in the hourly & piece-rate system but at first, all the new employees have to start the jobs with piece rates.
Generally, the work/ duties that the workers have to do include picking avocado. But the duties are not limited to this only. To do this role, the candidates must have the following criteria: Must have to be reliable, dedicated, hardworking, responsible, friendly & honest.
Must have got a valid driving license & own reliable transport (to get to the farm). Must have got fruit picker experience & avocado picking knowledge. Should must be actually and intellectually fit in addition to solid. Must have the ability to work with a team or alone in any kind of condition/ situation. Must have full working right in Australia & excellent communicating skills.
Must have a strong work ethic, efficiency, reliability, attendance record & passion. Must have food-handling hygiene knowledge/experience.
