Likely, the candidate must be experienced to complete pick the right fruit to form a good relationship with our customers. Also, he/she must be energetic and able to work in any weather conditions to pick up the fruits to deliver on time. Besides, the picker should have the idea to multitask and manage time in a time-manageable way to clean the whole area after picking the fruits.
More, the worker must have to take the basic training provided by our farm to use the different types of equipment to pick the fruits perfectly from the trees and roots. Check the assigned fruits are to determine picking activities, carefully pick each and every fruit, isolate the damaged fruits in a separate container, Fill up the baskets by fruits and transport them to checking areas, Ensure the cartoon is perfectly lined up with protective layers.
